I am selling my hardware. Will you remove GamBlock®?

Answer

No. We have been advised by gambling harm counsellors not to remove GamBlock® during a protection period.

If protection is transferred to a new device, we will remove GamBlock® from the old device.

We do make exceptions where a gambling harm counsellor is included in correspondence.
