Why do I need to provide a secondary email address?
We often receive bounced emails similar to the example below.
"Subject: Out of Office AutoReply
I am out of the office today attending meetings. If you have an urgent issue, please email teammanage[email protected]. I will respond to your email as soon as possible.
We also receive bounced emails from GamBlock® Personal customers for a variety of reason such as spam filters or the example below.
"The message could not be delivered because the recipient's mailbox is full."
Providing the number of a counsellor or other person is preferable to providing a secondary email address of your own in the event that your internet service provider is experiencing downtime, a webmail service such as Hotmail is offline, a spam filter sees our emails as gambling related or you forget to inform us after changing your email address.
