Many people mention GamBlock® cannot be put on a company device, only to later mention it was a personal device.
We hear this often, and it's exactly why our policy exists.
Gambling harm counsellors have advised us that requests — regardless of the reason given — are frequently driven by the urge to gamble.
Accepting such claims at face value would undermine the very protection GamBlock® provides.
That’s why we hold firm: we do not issue refunds during a protection period.
Protection can be transferred to a new device when needed, without removing safeguards.
