Can GamBlock® be disabled by removing VPNs?
Answer
No.
GamBlock® does not use Virtual Private Networks.
Settings > Network & Internet > VPN displays no VPNs, so there is no VPN to subvert.
GamBlock® does not use simple VPN filtering protocols, so "Forget", "Cancel", "Disconnect" or similar can never be used to circumvent GamBlock®.
