If a Windows computer for example had a corrupted antivirus and the antivirus full removal tool has not worked, we used to recommend repair shops. We would contact the repair shop and request that they work with us to make sure GamBlock® was installed before it was handed back to the problem gambler. Often this did not happen and computers were returned that put problem gamblers at risk. Also, software could be put on the computer that a repair shop had done deals with against our recommendations.
