No.
GamBlock® Self-Exclusion for Samsung cannot be removed by going to "Lock screen and security > Other security settings > Device administrators", touching "DEACTIVATE", touching "UNINSTALL" and restarting.
"DEACTIVATE" is blocked.
"UNINSTALL" remains blocked.
All settings remain after a device restart.
