GamBlock® Personal is installed by a person who uses their computer for personal use only and needs immediate protection. GamBlock® Personal has been designed not to be removed.

All Customer Service staff members are fluent in English and understand the discretion and sensitivity required. Please read our Privacy Statement. We do not use automated phone systems or call centres; nor ask you for the same details after sending you to different departments.

GamBlock® Titanium

GamBlock® Titanium entitles you to the highest level of customer service, includes all the features of GamBlock® Platinum and GamBlock® Gold as well as:

  • the ability to block per User Account and/or User Account type.
  • make exceptions for gambling industry staff.
  • change the level of blocking while preventing all gambling.
  • longer licence periods.

GamBlock® Titanium was created at the request of customers who help gamblers and gamblers who share computers with non-gamblers. GamBlock® Titanium was developed in consultation with Certified Problem Gambling Counselors and Microsoft Certified Professionals.

GamBlock® Platinum

GamBlock® Platinum entitles you to a higher level of customer service, includes all the features of GamBlock® Gold as well as the ability to block Stock Trading and/or Sports Scores as well as alternative renewal messages.

GamBlock® Platinum was developed at the request of sports gamblers and people who are at risk using the stock market. GamBlock® Platinum was designed in consultation with Certified Problem Gambling Counselors and Microsoft Certified Professionals.

GamBlock® Gold

GamBlock® Gold entitles you to basic customer service, alternative or no messages when gambling activity is detected, variable countdown times, changeable passwords, keep count of gambling activity and can be controlled by the person who installs GamBlock® Gold via the GamBlock® Features (which appears on the desktop) password.

GamBlock® Gold allows the person who installs GamBlock® Gold to conduct research using the GamBlock® Features. GamBlock® resumes normal operation after the person who installs GamBlock® Gold has completed their work. This feature is ideal for people who wish to protect others.

When a site is blocked a message is displayed. A countdown begins when gambling attempts persist. Websites can be submitted for analysis at anytime.
