I am a South African living in Czech Republic. Expat life can be very lonely and what was a mild flirtation with an online casino had become an obsession. My buddy introduced me to online poker, and I literally sat at my computer for a week straight playing, thinking I could win BIG. In no way do I blame him for the introduction of online poker, but after hearing that he lost over 15,000 dollars, I thought that I could control the urge, and stop when I wanted.

When I realized that I began putting my school work off because of gambling I knew something was wrong. One of the online poker sites had a link to GAMBLOCK and I installed it pronto. I didn't by far get into debt like my buddy, but didn't want to face the fact if one day I did.

The day before I bought GamBlock, I lost £5000 on internet poker, had I not purchased the program, even though I was in bits over the lost money, I would have played again. I consider my self very lucky. 1 million dollars in bets and came out 2000 dollars ahead.

Even though I have never lost at gambling, I almost lost everything.

I just wanted to personally thank you for creating GamBlock. I still have little thoughts now and then about gambling, but all in all, I think I'm back to how I was when I didn t gamble. It's just a bad memory now that I have GamBlock preventing me from doing more damage. I find that it's easier to live without the online gambling. It's completely different than regular gambling because it's in your home and you can't really escape from it. Thank God for GamBlock. I can't stress it enough how much it has helped me. I don't think I can do it without it. It makes it so simple for me to quit. Since I can't access the gambling sites, I can't gamble. Very simple, yet very effective. I feel a great sense of relief. I had a problem with internet gambling about 3 years ago but stopped until last week when I installed casino software and started losing money again. I did Google searches for website filtering software and was thrilled when I discovered gamblock! It s exactly what I wanted and a great idea!! I m so glad I found it before I lost a lot of money. What a relief! I voluntarily banned myself from all nearby casinos almost a year ago and figured I would have to voluntarily ban myself from gambling on the internet eventually.

You have probably saved people many, many tens of thousands of dollars!!!

Compulsive gambling is such a hard, hard thing to deal with my grandpa gambled away everything in the Depression-and he had 4 kids, and my niece has a gambling problem too. The only thing that s REALLY worked for me is getting myself banned from casinos. I would be surprised if I have lost less then $40,000 during the 5 or so years since casinos opened in my area (the state of Washington in the northwest US). Banning has worked GREAT and has given me my life back!! And gamblock is a way to ban myself from casinos on the internet!!

I have found that I only have a problem with online gambling. It is too easy for access. I am so grateful for your software. I have almost hit rock bottom, and I found this to be my answer. I ask God to bless you for your kindness.
