Is GamBlock® ever detected as unsafe?

Answer

The purpose of GamBlock®, and its only purpose, is to prevent problem gamblers from accessing gambling related content. Occasionally, security vendors flag GamBlock® as unsafe. In these instances, we work with the vendors to correct the issue and will inform you when the issue is corrected.

If you are losing money and need immediate protection, follow the steps below.

Check that GamBlock® is digitally signed. Click "Run" if "Verified publisher: Gamblock Pty Ltd" is displayed; however, if you receive a link that claims to be from Gamblock Pty Ltd and displays a different publisher, click "Don't Run".

 

Select "Ignore", "Allow", "Disregard", "Permit" or similar.

 

After you are blocked from online gambling, report the issue to the vendor and us or let us know if you do not want the vendor to know your identity and we will handle the issue for you.
