Gamblock® - We block access to Online Gambling

Questions

Question

Can GamBlock® protect me if I reinstall my system?

Answer

Yes. GamBlock® has been helping gamblers to help themselves become permanently blocked from online gambling since 2000. We now have systems in place ensuring that a computer or mobile device can be permanently blocked from online gambling. Your loved ones can be permanently protected if they are an expert and you are beginner, irrespective of how the Microsoft® Windows® system works. In some cases, we may need your permission to make changes to your system.

If your computer uses a recovery disk(s), GamBlock® strongly recommends that a Certified Problem Gambling Counsellor holds the disk(s) and is present if they need to be used. We can still help you if this is not possible. We prefer not to make system changes; however, we understand that some people are in serious trouble.

Under no circumstances let anyone other than a Microsoft Certified Professional work on your computer. Always ask to see credentials first.

We often refer people to Microsoft Certified Professionals after a friend who has attempted to assist them has made their computer inoperable.

After we learn how your reinstallation method works, we send a link that permanently prevents recovery disk(s), using reformat or other reinstallation methods. In some cases, we may need to remotely access your system.
