Does GamBlock^® use email templates?

Answer

Due to the inordinate number of emails we receive requesting the removal of GamBlock^® during a license period and other non-genuine queries, we do use templates when required in order to make technical support sustainable; however, except where noted, all correspondence is read and responded to by a staff member, which include a valid email address, do not request the removal of GamBlock^®, do not contain offensive language and contain legal content.
